Erik Anderson

Erik Anderson has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years. Erik began their career at IBM in 2001, where they held positions such as Manager of Global Process Innovation, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and New Product Launch Engineer. In 2011, they joined Microsoft as a Sr Director Product (GPM) and Research, Viva Insights, where they led product management, data science, and behavioral science teams. Erik also held the role of Director, M365 Workplace Intelligence Customer Solutions, where they scaled a high performing global team and transitioned from an incubation operating model to a mainstream group. In 2021, they joined Round as Vice President Operations and Founding Member.

Erik Anderson received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington between 1997 and 2001. Erik then obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from North Carolina State University in December 2008. In 2009, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from North Carolina State University in December 2009.
