Lisa Will

Lisa Will is an accomplished commercial leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at The Mushroom Company since December 2022 and as a Founding Member of Chief since October 2020, Lisa is dedicated to empowering women leaders. Previous roles include Vice President of Foodservice at Motif FoodWorks and Vice President of Sales at Alpha Foods, as well as Head of National Enterprise Sales at Impossible Foods. Lisa's earlier career highlights include positions as Commercial Director at Sensient Technologies Corporation and Director of Sales at Harvest Food Group, where responsibilities encompassed revenue growth across various business channels. Lisa is a board member of the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association and has held executive positions at Lawrence Foods, Inc. Lisa holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
