Nicole Amodei

Nicole Amodei, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational enablement, and talent management. Currently serving as the Director and Head of People Operations at Carta since March 2025, Amodei has held key roles at various organizations, including Senior Director of HR Business Partnership and Enablement at Bond Vet and Head of People Operations at both Trail of Bits and Better. In addition to active memberships in professional communities such as Knoetic | CPOHQ and the Forbes Human Resources Council, Amodei has a strong background in HR technology and analytics, having led teams focused on system integration and process improvement at previous positions including Rent The Runway and Gympass. A graduate of Gettysburg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences, Amodei's career is marked by a commitment to advancing HR practices and organizational effectiveness.
