Previously, Rachel held significant roles, including Chief Brand Officer at Marquee Brands and Senior Vice President at Penske Media Corporation, leading licensing and brand development efforts. Active in professional communities, Rachel is a member of The WIE Suite, The Alumni Society, and Chief, enhancing networks for women leaders. Rachel's accomplishments include establishing TIME’S UP as a leading voice for gender equity and generating substantial media impressions and funding for the organization. Rachel’s educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and Management from Columbia Business School and a BA in Political Science from Brown University.
