Rebecca Hazard

Rebecca Hazard is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel at Corelight since August 2024, Rebecca is also a Founding Member of Chief and a Member of The L Suite (TechGC) since 2019. Prior to these roles, Rebecca held significant positions at Riverbed Technology, including SVP, General Counsel & Secretary from August 2018 to August 2024, and various roles from Vice President to Senior Corporate Counsel from 2007 to 2018. Earlier in the career, Rebecca gained valuable experience as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Dartmouth College, graduating cum laude.
