Rena Nassr Denoncourt

Rena Nassr Denoncourt currently serves as a Member at Chief since November 2023. Previously, Rena held various leadership positions at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals from June 2007 to July 2024, including Vice President roles overseeing the TTR Franchise Global Development and Vutrisiran programs, as well as responsibilities in market access and business planning. Prior experience includes a Business Development Internship at Genzyme Corporation in 2006 and a Patent and Licensing Associate role at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research from March 2003 to January 2006, where Rena specialized in negotiating agreements and evaluating licensing opportunities. Rena began a career in market intelligence as an Analyst at Decision Resources from June 2001 to March 2003. Rena holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management (2005-2007) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1997-2001).
