Su Li Rivera

Su Li Rivera currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Rakuten Rewards, overseeing marketing growth, retention, engagement, and analytics for the US, Canada, and UK markets. In addition, Su Li is a founding member of Chief, a private network designed to support women in leadership roles. Previously, Su Li held the position of Vice President and Head of Marketing at LendingClub and served as Vice President of Marketing at Wells Fargo, where leadership in marketing analytics and strategy was pivotal. Early career experience includes managing Rivera Design Group and consulting for various agencies, along with strategic roles at Publicis Modem and Yankee Group, focusing on digital marketing and consumer technology analysis. Su Li earned a BS/BA in Marketing and Finance from Boston University.
