Swetha Valluri is an accomplished data leader with extensive experience in building and transforming data teams and capabilities across various organizations. Currently serving as a Member at Chief since January 2022, Swetha previously held the position of VP Data at 1Password, where Swetha established a data-informed culture and expanded the data team significantly in a high-growth environment. Swetha's earlier roles include Executive Leader of Analytics at CoreLogic, Director of Analytics at E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley, and Senior Director of Retail Strategic Analytics at Catalina USA. With a strong focus on implementing strategic roadmaps, cloud migration, and advanced analytics techniques, Swetha has successfully driven data initiatives and enhanced organizational data culture. Swetha holds multiple degrees in Biostatistics and Applied Econometrics from The George Washington University and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
