Tamika Baker

Tamika Baker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and risk management. Currently serving as a Chief Member at Chief since June 2022, Tamika also holds the position of Chief Risk & Responsibility Officer at Regional Management Corp. since April 2021. Previously, Tamika was the Chief Strategy Officer at Firstmark Credit Union from September 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading risk and cybersecurity initiatives and collaborating with the CEO to develop and execute organizational strategy. Earlier roles include Vice President and Control Officer at JPMorgan Chase from March 2009 to September 2016, focusing on key regulatory programs. Tamika holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University, with prior education from the University of Houston.
