Tanya Bos

Tanya Bos is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Founding Member at Chief since January 2023, Bos aims to empower women in leadership roles. Previously, as Vice President at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, responsibility included leading the International new product organization and shaping commercialization strategies for pipeline disease areas. Prior roles include Global Vice President at Takeda, overseeing the Rare Immunology franchise, and significant positions at Shire and AstraZeneca, where leadership spanned multiple product strategies and global market access initiatives. Bos’s educational background encompasses advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including an MBA from Queen's University and executive education from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
