Tara Kim Eberhart

Tara Kim Eberhart serves as the Head of Business Innovation at Dentons since July 2015, where responsibilities include driving firmwide innovation initiatives and enhancing organizational efficiency. Previously held roles at Dentons include Senior Director of Practice Management, Practice and Docketing Director, and Director of Paralegal Services and Docketing. Tara is also a Founding Member of Chief, an organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership, and served as President of the International Practice Management Association from October 2021 to October 2023. In addition to legal practice management, Tara has experience as an adjunct professor at The George Washington University, teaching litigation courses, and has held various paralegal leadership roles at firms such as McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and Morgan Lewis. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Legal Administration from Marymount University and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies from Mary Washington College, along with a certificate in Paralegal Studies.
