Teddra Thomas Burgess

Teddra Thomas Burgess currently serves as Managing Director of Federal Civilian at Google Public Sector since July 2022. As a Founding Member of Chief, Teddra contributes to a network designed to elevate women in leadership roles. Teddra is also a Member of Pipeline Angels, which focuses on empowering women and non-binary femme social entrepreneurs in the investment landscape, and acts as Principal at Chasing Outcomes, offering strategic direction for achieving business objectives. Previously, Teddra held senior leadership positions at Tanium, ASG Technologies, and Micro Focus, where significant revenue growth and transformation initiatives were achieved post-merger. Teddra's career began at HP, culminating in roles such as Chief Operations Officer for US Public Sector Sales and Director of Federal Sales, showcasing a strong background in sales and organizational leadership. Teddra holds a Diversity and Inclusion Executive Certificate from Cornell University and additional education from George Mason University.
