Theresa Whiting

Theresa Whiting is an experienced executive coach and consultant with a strong background in leadership development and communication skills. Currently serving as the Guide Facilitator for a national group of C-suite women at Chief since December 2021, Theresa focuses on addressing leadership challenges through structured discussions and action planning. As the President of Whiting Consulting Communicating Success since May 1997, Theresa specializes in effective communication, conflict resolution, and professional development. In addition to consulting roles at Cambria Consulting, Theresa has held key positions such as Vice President and Director of Training & Development at Mellon Bank, where strategic initiatives for training and development were implemented. Theresa's earlier career includes a role as Operations Manager at IBM, and leadership in organizing significant health symposiums. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Boston University.
