Vic Noble

Vic Noble is the founder of Noble Works, LLC, providing strategic advisory services to leadership teams focusing on engagement challenges. In addition to founding Noble Works, Vic serves on the Board of Directors for the National Menopause Foundation and is a founding member of Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women executives. Previous leadership roles include Head of Customer Experience at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Interim Chief Marketing Officer for a Canadian Cannabis start-up, and various senior positions at Shire, including VP/Global, Head of Brand Value. Vic also has experience as Consumer Brand Leader at AstraZeneca and SVP, Client Services at several marketing agencies. Vic holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
