Simon Graafhuis

Simon Graafhuis is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Chiefs Rugby Club since October 2018. Simon is also a shareholder/director at Bootleg Brewery since August 2020. In addition, Simon serves as a Council Member at The University of Waikato since October 2017. With a strong background in finance, Simon was previously the Chief Financial Officer at Gallagher Group Ltd from December 2008 to October 2022 and held financial roles at LIC, Fonterra, and New Zealand Dairy Group. Simon holds a degree in Strategic Leadership from The University of Waikato and has also completed the Strategic Leadership Programme at the Institute for Strategic Leadership in 2018.
