Elena Bolsi

Elena Bolsi is a seasoned professional with significant experience in production planning and demand management, currently serving as the CMO Production Planning Manager and External Manufacturing Planning Manager at Chiesi Group since September 2013. Elena oversees a team of production planners and manages external manufacturing planning processes, focusing on long-term supply plans and effective stock management. Previously, as Corporate Demand & Distribution Manager, Elena coordinated a larger team in sales and operations planning, enhancing performance across 17 countries. Earlier roles at Alphacan S.p.A. and Sinfo One involved demand planning, procurement, and supply chain management solutions. Elena holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and certifications in production and inventory management from APICS, along with a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Parma.
