Heather McColl

Heather McColl has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Global Reward & Performance at Chiesi Group since May 2009, alongside the role of HR & Support Services Director. Prior experience includes various HR positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2001 to 2009, and roles as an HR Officer at Norwich Union and HR Executive at ICL Computers from 1991 to 2000. Heather McColl's educational background includes a Chartered Institute in Personnel & Development degree from Warrington Collegiate, along with qualifications in Business and Finance from Warrington Collegiate and North Cheshire College.
