Laura Reia is an experienced Senior Global Regulatory Affairs - CMC Manager at Chiesi Group, responsible for executing global Regulatory-CMC strategies throughout the product life-cycle, encompassing synthetic drug substances, drug products, and medical devices, particularly in the EU and US markets. With expertise in drafting and managing regulatory documentation, Laura actively participates in project teams, communicating with regulatory agencies and contributing as a recognized Senior Subject Matter Expert on combination products. Previous roles include CMC Specialist and Regulatory Compliance Assessment Specialist at Chiesi Group, alongside academic contributions as a tutor and lecturer in Biotechnology. Laura holds a Ph.D. in Biology and Molecular Pathology and multiple degrees in Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Technologies from the University of Parma and SDA Bocconi.
