Kellie Howe

Kellie Howe is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Lead Service Desk Technician at GlobalNOC since August 2020, following a role as a Service Desk Technician. Additionally, Kellie has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Child Advocates, Inc. since November 2017, where responsibilities include representing the interests of abused or neglected children. Previous experience includes a position as a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer at Scale Computing from February 2017 to July 2020, where technical support was provided for hardware and software products. Kellie's career began with a Technical Recruiting Internship at SkillStorm in 2015. Kellie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics from Indiana University Indianapolis, completed between 2012 and 2015, and attended Indiana State University from 2010 to 2011.
