A native of Eastern Stark County, Michelle Balderson grew up in Alliance, graduated from Alliance High School, and now is the director of elementary education for Alliance City Schools.
Balderson, who earned her education degree from Kent State University, went on to earn a master’s degree in education and a principal license from Malone University.
