Sydney Phelps

Sydney Phelps is a Clinician at the Child and Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut, specializing in behavioral health within a school-based health center since August 2023. Previously, Sydney served as the Director of the Office of Community Development for the City of Norwich, managing federally funded programs aimed at improving housing and quality of life for low-to-moderate-income residents. Experience also includes various roles in community services, case management, and grant coordination, demonstrating a commitment to social equity and assistance for vulnerable populations.
