Nicole Harrison

Nicole Harrison has held various roles in talent acquisition and management throughout their work experience. Nicole started as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Child Care Aware of America in May 2022 and later transitioned to the role of Director of Talent Management. Prior to that, they served as the Association Director of Human Resources at the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington from November 2001 to April 2022.

Nicole Harrison completed their undergraduate education at Howard University, where they studied Marketing and Management. Nicole attended this institution from 1988 to 1994 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Later on, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Webster University, specializing in Human Resources and Management.
