Elizabeth Melendrez

Elizabeth Melendrez has extensive experience in the child care and early education sector, currently serving as the Statewide Initiatives Manager at the Child Care Resource Center since December 2020. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held the position of Manager for Resource & Referral and Professional Development Programs at Pathways LA from June 2015 to August 2023. Elizabeth's foundational experience includes serving as Early Education and Mentoring Supervisor II at the Child Care Resource Center from May 2000 to June 2015. Elizabeth earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Pacific Oaks College.
