Lynn Adams

Lynn Adams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1997, they worked as a Market Research Assistant at Moore Marketing Research. Lynn then transitioned to the healthcare industry, working at Crawford County Care Center from 1998 to 2017 as a Supportive Care Unit Coordinator, Social Worker, and Certified Dementia Practitioner. During this time, they coordinated care services, trained staff on Alzheimer's care and behavior management, and developed their own training classes on Alzheimer's/dementia. Lynn also worked as a Private Duty Sitter from 2017 to 2018, providing caregiver services and private dementia consultation. Lynn then became a child caregiver at a private duty role for a few months before joining Rent a Santa Claus as Mrs. Claus, serving as the Director of Operations. Lynn worked as a Lead Toddler Teacher at Child Development Center Willow in 2018, and then moved on to Child Development Centers, Inc. in 2019. At Child Development Centers, Inc., they held various roles including Child Care Float, Lead Preschool Teacher, and currently works as a Head Start Family Engagement Specialist.
