Prior to this role, Hema was the Senior Manager at the Heart Care Foundation of India from March 1998 to June 2005. Hema completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Kurukshetra University between 1991 and 1994 and attended Delhi Public School Ranipur Haridwar from 1978 to 1990.
