Yvonne Dubois

Yvonne T. DuBois currently serves as the Chief Equity & Inclusion Officer at Child & Family Services of Erie County, Inc., where responsibilities include driving racial equity initiatives and representing the organization in community DEIB efforts in Buffalo since September 2022. As Principal Trainer at Leading with Love, LLC, Yvonne specializes in DEI and leadership development consulting. Previous roles include Director of Family and Community Engagement at Tapestry Charter School, Therapist at NO WOUND UNTREATED, and Manager of Training at Erie County Medical Center Corporation, where Yvonne created the first formal Leadership Development program. Additional experience encompasses roles at Birthing Center of Buffalo, YWCA of Niagara, and Matt Urban Hope Center. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Norfolk State University, an MBA from Medaille University, and a Master of Social Work from the University at Buffalo.
