Elaine Hicks is currently the Honolulu County Offender Reentry Pilot Program Coordinator at RCUH, providing leadership and implementation for programmatic activities. With experience in program evaluation at Child & Family Service and providing corporate services at WorkLife Hawaii, Elaine has a diverse background in social services. Elaine has also worked in case management at Care Hawaii, Inc and as an intern/volunteer at Hina Mauka. Prior to their current role, Elaine served as an Assistant Editor in the Public Affairs Office of the US ARMY 98TH ASG. Additionally, Elaine holds an adjunct lecturer position at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, teaching social work practice courses at the master's level.
