Karen Stover

Karen Stover has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karen began their career as a Guest Services Supervisor at Residence Inn by Marriott in 2007 and later worked as a Qualifying Center Specialist at University of Phoenix. In 2010, they became an Office Manager at Apple Spice Junction and then joined Massage Envy Spa as a Recruiting/ HR Coordinator/ Office Manager in 2011. Karen's next role was in Child & Family Support Services, Inc, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from 2014 to 2018, Director of Human Resources from 2018 to 2021, and currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources and Recruiting.

Karen Stover obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Ottawa University, which they attended from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University, where they majored in English and minored in Sociology. Karen attended Arizona State University from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Karen obtained a certification as a Licensed Analyst in the Predictive Index System from The Predictive Group, Inc. in September 2013.
