Steve Watson

Steve Watson has a diverse work experience in finance and management roles. Steve served as the Chief Financial Officer at Child and Family Support Services, Inc, where they revamped the budgeting process and implemented performance metrics for the company's programs. Steve also developed a tool for cash flow stabilization and treasury management. Additionally, they worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the same company. Prior to that, Steve was the Director of Finance at Clopay do Brasil Ltda, overseeing finance management functions and performing a successful internal tax audit. Steve also held positions at Clopay Building Products, where they worked as a Financial Analyst and Staff Accountant, demonstrating skills in budget preparation, variance analysis, and general ledger management. Steve played a significant role in the integration of financial systems and the implementation of Oracle.

Steve Watson has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Finance from Brigham Young University, which they obtained from 1996 to 2002. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University. In terms of certifications, Steve obtained the following: Certified ProAdvisor from QuickBooks in July 2018, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Arizona Board of Accountancy in February 2017, SHRM-SCP from SHRM in February 2017, and SHRM-CP from SHRM in March 2015.
