Emma Robertson has extensive experience in customer service and hospitality, currently serving as a Customer Service and CRM Officer at Child Poverty Action Group UK since November 2018, after beginning as a Customer Liaison Assistant. Prior to this, Emma held the position of Reception Supervisor at New Road Hotel, enhancing guest relations in a 4-star environment. Earlier experience includes working as a Trip Leader with Topdeck Travel, where responsibilities included managing logistics and engaging with travelers. Emma's experience in the restaurant industry includes roles as a Waitress at Logan Brown Restaurant and as a Waitress/Barista at Drexels Breakfast Restaurant and Leuven Belgian Beer Cafe. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington, as well as an additional Bachelor of Laws from Tilburg University.
