Susan Gamble is the Director of Human Resources at Child Start. With nearly 20 years of experience in the human resources field, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Prior to entering into the Human Resources field, Susan spent several years as a teacher, giving her a unique perspective on the needs of both staff and students. She is known for her exceptional communication skills and her ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. She is passionate about creating a positive work culture and is committed to fostering an environment where employees feel valued and supported.

In her role as Director of HR, Susan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management at Child Start. This includes recruiting and hiring new staff members, developing and implementing training programs, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Susan is highly respected by her colleagues for her professionalism, dedication, and integrity. She is an excellent problem-solver and is always willing to go the extra mile to help employees and the organization succeed.
