Dianne Louise Maglaque, MPH, is currently a Senior Research Analyst at Child Trends since April 2023. Prior to this role, Dianne held positions at Booz Allen Hamilton from July 2021 to March 2023, serving as both an Associate and Senior Consultant in Business Analysis, with involvement in the CDC DCIPHER Project and supporting the CDC's Data Analytics Visualization Task Force. Dianne's experience includes a Graduate Research Assistantship in Health Policy and Management at Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University, focusing on the COVID-19 pandemic's impact on home visiting services in Georgia, and serving as a Global Health Teaching Assistant. Additional roles include a Graduate Internship with Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia, and a Georgia Case Investigator during the Coronavirus response. Earlier experience includes a Program Evaluation Graduate Assistant position at the CDC and a Resource Navigator Supervisor role at the Center for Patient Partnerships. Dianne holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology and Global Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The Early Childhood Data Collaborative (ECDC) supports state policymakers’ development and use of coordinated state early care and education (ECE) data systems. The ECDC provides tools and resources to encourage data-driven state policy changes and provide a national forum to support the development and use of coordinated state ECE data systems.
