Elizabeth Wildsmith

Elizabeth Wildsmith is an accomplished research scholar with extensive experience in the field of sociology and demography. Since March 2009, Elizabeth has held various positions at Child Trends, including Deputy Program Area Director, Senior Research Scientist, and Research Scientist. Prior to this role, Elizabeth served as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2008 and worked at Planned Parenthood from 1994 to 1998 as a Clinical Assistant and Assistant Manager. Elizabeth Wildsmith earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology and Demography from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master's degree in Sociology from the same institution. Additionally, Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Southwestern University.
