Rowan Hilty

Rowan Hilty is a Senior Research Analyst at Child Trends since June 2016, managing project tasks and budgets, providing data management support, and contributing to various written reports and presentations. Additionally, Rowan serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Integrative Leadership. Experience includes roles as a Preceptor for Research Methods at Macalester College, where assistance was provided in grading and facilitating office hours, and as a Tutor Representative, acting as a liaison for student tutors. Other significant positions held include Project Coordinator at the Macalester College Civic Engagement Center, Research Assistant at the VA Hospital Center for Chronic Disease Outcomes Research, and Racial Equity Team Intern with Saint Paul Public Schools. Rowan holds a Master of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Macalester College.
