Silvana Esposito Hackett is a seasoned research analyst with extensive experience in early childhood and public policy. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst for Child Trends since July 2022, Silvana provides expertise in early childhood research. Previously, from January 2017 to July 2022, Silvana worked as a Healthy Montana Families Epidemiologist, supporting the MIECHV home visiting program in Montana.
