Silvana Esposito Hackett

Silvana Esposito Hackett is a seasoned research analyst with extensive experience in early childhood and public policy. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst for Child Trends since July 2022, Silvana provides expertise in early childhood research. Previously, from January 2017 to July 2022, Silvana worked as a Healthy Montana Families Epidemiologist, supporting the MIECHV home visiting program in Montana. In earlier roles, Silvana contributed as an Operations Research Analyst for the Montana Office of Public Instruction, a Community Impact Analyst for United Way in Yellowstone County, and a Campaign Analyst in Olmsted County, MN. Educational qualifications include a Master in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside.
