Vanessa Sacks

Vanessa Sacks is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in public policy analysis and social research. Currently serving as a Research Scientist II at Child Trends since August 2012, Sacks has progressed through various roles within the organization, highlighting expertise in research methodology and analysis. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Intern at the Institute for Women's Policy Research and the National Association of Public Hospitals and Health Systems. Sacks also held positions in fundraising and account coordination at organizations such as the Smithsonian Institution and Kintera, demonstrating a strong foundation in both research and nonprofit sectors. Sacks holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
