Mollie Phelps has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mollie began their career as a Landscape Manager for their own sole proprietorship called Mollie's Mowers, where they successfully managed ten lawns on a weekly basis and provided excellent customer service. Mollie then worked as a Dock Manager at East Coast Paddle Sports, where they ensured user safety, communicated with the Harbor Master, and managed daily rental schedules. Mollie also gained experience as a Sales Associate at The Pool Source, where they improved customer retention and managed client communication.

Mollie's professional journey continued with roles at Providence Water Supply Board as a Communications Intern, where they maintained company presence on social media platforms and initiated an on-site library of archives. Mollie later worked as a Brand Marketing Intern at Ashley HomeStore Retail Headquarters, where they created a national marketing campaign for a nonprofit launch and assisted in planning a large-scale event.

Mollie's marketing expertise further developed through positions at 22Squared as a Project Manager, overseeing an advertising campaign for a local non-profit, and at University of Tampa as a Desk Assistant, advocating for student safety and providing assistance to first-year students. Mollie then joined DATIS, Part of the ContinuumCloud, as a Digital Marketing Intern, where they optimized Salesforce database and drafted social media content.

Continuing with ContinuumCloud, Mollie progressed to the role of Digital Marketing Specialist, playing a key role in multi-channel marketing campaigns, merger announcements, and supporting child brands. Mollie later became a Marketing Coordinator, where they orchestrated successful review campaigns and implemented email signature software for compliance and uniformity.

Most recently, Mollie joined LineLeader by ChildcareCRM as a Demand Generation Manager, where they are responsible for generating demand and managing all correspondence. Throughout their career, Mollie has demonstrated strong skills in demand generation, marketing coordination, social media management, and project management.

Mollie Phelps began their education in 2012 at Cranston High School West, where they earned their High School Diploma in 2016. Following that, they attended the University of Tampa from 2016 to 2020, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Additionally, in 2019, they attended Florence University of the Arts for a brief period, focusing on International Business. Mollie also has several certifications, including an SEO Certification from HubSpot Academy, obtained in February 2023.
