Kristina Estabillo-Lauron

Kristina (Aya) Estabillo-Lauron is an experienced professional in the hospitality and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as Data Lead at ChildFund New Zealand since November 2023. Previously, Kristina held the position of CRM Expert at Cure Kids from June 2021 to November 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Sales Performance and Systems Executive and Assistant Revenue Manager at Accor from August 2017 to May 2021, as well as Distribution Services Supervisor and Distribution Services Executive at Pan Pacific Hotels Group from April 2012 to June 2017. Kristina began a career in revenue management at InterContinental Hotels Group from March 2008 to April 2012. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutions Management from the University of the Philippines.
