Kristina (Aya) Estabillo-Lauron is an experienced professional in the hospitality and nonprofit sectors, currently serving as Data Lead at ChildFund New Zealand since November 2023. Kristina began a career in revenue management at InterContinental Hotels Group from March 2008 to April 2012. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutions Management from the University of the Philippines.
