Tatiana Powell

Tatiana Powell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tatiana started their career as a Shift Manager at McDonald's in 2005 and worked there until 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they held multiple roles at LBS Financial Credit Union, including Member Service Representative II/Membership Officer and Human Resources Jet Program participant. In 2016, they worked as an HR Assistant at First Class Services Security until 2017. In 2018, they joined Chase as a Lead Teller Operations Specialist, where they stayed until 2019. Tatiana then worked as a Service Coordinator at Fletcher Jones Motorcars for a brief period in 2019. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Compliance Specialist at Allied Healthcare Federal Credit Union. In 2021, they joined Randstad as an Employment Specialist and Cloud Support Specialist. Tatiana continued working at Randstad until 2022. In 2016, they began working as a Rater at Educational Testing Service (ETS) and remained in that role until 2023. Currently, Tatiana is employed as a Program Data Assistant at ChildNet Youth and Family Services, starting in 2023.

Tatiana Powell's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Long Beach, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Tatiana then pursued a Certification in Google Project Management through Coursera from 2021 to 2022. In 2023, Tatiana obtained a Certification in Human Resource Management: HR for People Managers Specialization from the University of Minnesota. Following that, they pursued a Certification in Screenwriting Essentials through the California State University, Long Beach from 2023 to 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Tatiana has obtained various certifications. These certifications include Agile Project Management, Project Execution: Running the Project, Capstone: Applying Project Management in the Real World, and Google Project Management: Specialization, all from Coursera and obtained in July 2022. Tatiana also completed Project Planning: Putting It All Together in July 2021, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project in June 2021, and Foundations of Project Management in April 2021, all through Coursera.
