Cathy Shappell

Cathy Shappell has worked as a Quality Assurance Director at CADES since February 2016. Prior to that, Cathy held the position of Director, Adult Day Support Services at Elwyn from February 1982 to May 2015. Before their time at Elwyn, Cathy was a Residential Specialist at Allied Services from January 1980 to January 1982. Cathy earned their Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation Education from Penn State University from 1977 to 1980.
