Stephen Wagner

Stephen Wagner MSW, LCSW, RPT, CCTP serves as the Chief Learning Officer at CADES- Children and Adult Disability and Educational Services since February 2019 and is the Founder of Bridge to Connection since May 2018, focusing on clinical training and consultation. With extensive experience in the field, Wagner has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Clinical Services at Bethany Children's Home and Director of Clinical Operations at Green Tree School & Services. Contributions include overseeing trauma-informed care, providing professional training, and participating in board governance at CHESTER COUNTY FAMILY ACADEMY. Wagner's clinical experience spans roles such as Clinical Trainer, Mobile Therapist, and Behavioral Specialist across multiple organizations, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques. Educational qualifications include an MSW from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Elon University.
