Samantha Aiello

Samantha Aiello is a professional with extensive experience in child welfare advocacy and communication. Most recently, as a Program Consultant for Our Sister Our Brother from March 2022 to June 2023, Samantha focused on addressing racial disparities in child welfare systems, collaborating with community organizations and government agencies, and delivering educational workshops. Prior to this role, Samantha served at the Arizona Department of Child Safety from October 2016 to March 2022, advancing through positions including Program Specialist and Child Safety Specialist in both In-Home and Foster Care settings, where responsibilities included data management, case management, and developing family-centered care plans. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University and completed a coding boot camp in 2022.
