Jaye Webb has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jaye began their career in 1986 as an Alcoholism Technician at Crawford Alcohol Treatment Center. In 1988, they joined the Department of Social Services (DSS) as an Eligibility Specialist II. In 1989, they transitioned to News & Record where they held various roles, including Carrier Sales Coordinator and Promotions Marketing Event Manager, until 2014. In 2015, Jaye joined Guilford Child Development as a Career Coach at their Family Success Center. Jaye then progressed through different positions, including Program Coordinator and Assistant Program Director, before becoming the Program Director in March 2020.
Jaye Webb obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winston-Salem State University, completing their education in 1985. Recently, Jaye obtained a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.

Over the years, our focus has grown to include comprehensive, family-centered programs promote educational excellence, health and well being, community engagement, job readiness and life-skills training. Children & Families First is proud to serve over 6,000 low-income families each year through these programs: Head Start and Early Head Start, Regional Child Care Resources & Referral, Nurse-Family Partnership, Learning Together Family Literacy, The Family Success Center, and the High Point Opportunity Center
