Kirsten Olson

Kirsten Olson serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Children & Families First, leading a $28 million human services non-profit with a staff of 400 dedicated to supporting children and families throughout Delaware, emphasizing culture-building, equity, diversity, and inclusion, along with cross-systems collaboration. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Development Officer within other non-profit organizations, focusing on strategic initiatives, program development, and fundraising efforts. Kirsten's earlier positions included Director of Development and Housing at Connections Community Support Programs, Inc. and Housing Program Manager at Delaware HIV Consortium. Kirsten holds a BA in Sociology from Trinity College-Hartford and a high school diploma from Tower Hill School.
