Molly Hiles

Molly Hiles, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, serving as the Director of HR at Learning Grove and previously in management roles at The Children's Home of Cincinnati. Molly also has experience in the service industry as a Server at LaRosa's and Court Reporter at Artrip and Associates. Molly graduated from Kentucky Career Institute with a degree in court reporting.
