Anamika Rathaur

Anamika Rathaur has a diverse work experience in various organizations and roles. In 2005, they started their career as a Senior Consultant at Third Sector Partners and went on to hold positions such as Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and Vice President (Consultant) in the same organization. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Vice President at Third Sector Partners. In 2011, Anamika became a Senior Vice President at Third Sector Partners and later served as an Associate Partner and Partner and Co Head from 2012 to 2015.

In 2016, they joined a Reputed Development Organization working on Anti Human Trafficking as a Deputy Director - HR. Anamika continued to work in various roles at the organization, including Deputy Director - HR from 2016 to 2017, Deputy Director - HR and Zonal Head - Operations from 2018 to 2019, and Director - Human Resources and Zonal Head - Operations (North Zone) in 2019.
