John Sudduth has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. John has held leadership positions in companies such as Children International, GEHA Health, Sun Life, SolidifyHR, Assurant Employee Benefits (now Sun Life Financial), Farmers Insurance, and DaimlerChrysler.

At Children International, John currently serves as the Director of Application Development Support & Delivery. In this role, they oversee the development and delivery of applications.

At GEHA Health, John held multiple roles, including Director of Enterprise Project Management Office and Manager of Enterprise Project Management Office. John was responsible for managing project portfolios, project performance, capacity planning, budgets, and stakeholder needs.

John also holds a degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Central Missouri, which they completed between 1989 and 1995.

In addition to their educational achievements, John has acquired numerous certifications. John is a certified SAFe® 6 Agilist and a certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. John also holds certifications as a Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E), a Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O), and a Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) from Scrum Alliance.
