Madison Swenson is a Program Compliance Specialist at Children's Advocacy Centers of Texas. Madison has previous experience as a Senior Teen Advocacy Specialist at CASA of Travis County and as a Social Work Intern at Foster Angels of Central Texas Foundation and Breakthrough Central Texas. Madison also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Delaware Disaster Research Center and as a Government Relations and Public Policy Intern at National Council For Adoption. Madison holds a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin and Bachelor's degrees in Public Policy and Human Services from the University of Delaware.

For over 25 years, Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas (CACTX) has served as the membership association for the state’s 70 local children’s advocacy centers, ensuring access to safety, justice, and healing for nearly one million Texas children impacted by abuse. As we continue to serve these children, CACTX is casting our vision far upstream: to build a future where all children are free from sexual abuse. Through collaborative partnerships and visionary, evidence-based prevention, awareness, and education strategies, we are working to stop child sexual abuse before it starts.
