Oscar Montano

Oscar Montano is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program quality, compliance, and coaching. Currently, Oscar serves as a Program Quality and Compliance Specialist at Think Together, a role that has evolved through various positions including Quality Assurance Coach, Regional Operations Analyst, Data Support Assistant, and Older Youth Leader since September 2018. Additionally, Oscar holds the position of Head Cross Country Coach for the Whittier Union High School District since July 2017. Prior experience as a Library Aide at the Whittier Public Library from April 2015 to August 2018 complements Oscar's strong communication skills, which were developed through academic achievements at California State University, Fullerton, where a degree in Human Communication Studies was earned, and at Rio Hondo College, where an Associate of Arts in Communications was obtained.
