For over 25 years, Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas (CACTX) has served as the membership association for the state’s 70 local children’s advocacy centers, ensuring access to safety, justice, and healing for nearly one million Texas children impacted by abuse. As we continue to serve these children, CACTX is casting our vision far upstream: to build a future where all children are free from sexual abuse. Through collaborative partnerships and visionary, evidence-based prevention, awareness, and education strategies, we are working to stop child sexual abuse before it starts.

The Program and Educational Services team at Children's Advocacy Centers of Texas (CACTX) is dedicated to enhancing the effectiveness of child advocacy initiatives through targeted training, compliance oversight, and strategic prevention education. This team facilitates family advocacy training, ensures adherence to program standards, develops and implements preventive education strategies, and provides mental health support, all with the goal of preventing child sexual abuse and promoting the safety and healing of impacted children.
